Item no.: WSN 1328
This is a 'PLANET OCEAN 600M CO-AXIAL 42 MM' from Omega's Seamaster family of watches, also known as the "PLANET OCEAN LIQUIDMETAL™ LIMITED EDITION".
It was new in 2011, comes complete with its specific (black, limited-edition) presentation box and all its papers (cards) etc., and is in very good condition. (The bezel, dial, sapphire crystal and the bracelet of this watch are all in truly superb condition; the sides of the steel case show some tiny dents, visible under a magnifying glass, and has therefore been gently polished so that the watch overall looks almost like a new one.)
The main bullet points of this watch are:
- serious diving specifications, including a water resistance of 600m;
- a ceramic bezel with Liquidmetal markings;
- a black, polished ceramic dial;
- only 1948 of this model were made in honour of the year Omega launched its popular Seamaster watch line.
The diving credentials of this steel-on-steel watch model include its tank-like casing, its screw-in winding crown, its 600m (2000 ft) water resistance, the helium escape valve (at the 10 o'clock position), its uni-directionally rotatable (time-lapse) bezel, long-lasting white Super-LumiNova lume, and a diver's clasp with push-button opening.
Technical details of the "Liquidmetal" used for the numbers and scale in the bezel's ceramic insert are as interesting as they are impressive, and are described in Omega's certificate of authenticity provided with the watch.
The 42mm case of this model houses Omega's calibre 2500, a self-winding chronometer with Co-Axial escapement, rhodium-plated finish and a power reserve of 48 hours.
The scratch-resistant sapphire crystal over the dial is domed and has been given an anti-reflective treatment on both sides so that the dial is easier to read.

But your cash outlay could be significantly less than this amount, because we may also consider your existing Swiss watch(es) in part exchange if you have any. (If there's any possibility you might like to do a part-exchange deal when you visit us, please bring your watch(es) in with box and papers if you still have them!)
Note that we can also offer 12 months of interest-free credit for up to 90% of the amount payable (subject to acceptance): please contact the shop for details.
So that you can have complete peace of mind in dealing with us, we will guarantee this item for a full 12 months from the date of your purchase. And we have the underpinnings to support such a guarantee too: we have a lot of experience supporting the brands of watches that we sell, with our own, well-equipped, on-site workshop manned by highly-experienced watch technicians. We also have access to original parts and to off-site technicians within our network for any of those (rarer) trickier or special jobs that might be required.
To find out more

Alternatively, why not send us a message now**?
The accompanying photos are of the actual item that we have for sale. Despite that, we would of course always suggest you call into our shop if you can: we think it'd even be worth a special trip into Manchester!
After all, there really is no better way to check out a watch that you might be interested in owning than to come and take a closer look at it. Inspect it, handle it, try it on for size and ask us about it! Of course, while you're here, you can browse our large collection of other superlative-condition famous Swiss brand watches. In any case, not only would you be very welcome, but you'll also be in the heart of Manchester's shopping district (we're located near M&S, just off St Ann's Square) and there are plenty of places nearby to enjoy a coffee too, so why not plan a visit soon?
Here, you're typically able to browse around one hundred and fifty pre-owned Swiss watches that we have out on display, each of which has been carefully selected, based on its condition, from among the many more watches that we see and handle every day. (To a large extent, that's in effect what we do: we 'filter' pre-owned watches. Only the very best of what we buy in or receive in part exchange deals make it onto our display shelves and onto this website, and this Omega is a great example of our fussiness. The rest are sold on: for example, to smaller dealers in the trade.)
The result is that we probably have THE BEST collection in the UK's North West of pre-owned Swiss watches in terms of their condition! Why not take advantage of that fact, because it can make it much easier for you to find your next (or perhaps your first) watch that's in the sort of condition that you would prefer, a watch that delights you.
